Jill Lederer is the cofounder of New Hope and heads the administration department. Jill has been an attorney for 20 years and brings many years of experince to the logistics of New Hope. Jill works in the Dallas office.

Chris Yates is a partner with New Hope and spear heads the CCM division of the company, as well as overseeing the radio and live events division. Chris brings over 20 years experience in the area of TV, radio, and live events. Chris works out of the Nashville office.

Karen Rose works hand in hand with Jill in the administation departments and brings over 20 years experience in office administration. She is married to Robin Rose, the Messianic Pastor
of congregation Adat Shalom. in Dallas, Texas, Karen works out of the Dallas office.

Leah Pirkle is a booking representative for the South Central and Midwest. Leah comes out of many years in the real estate industry and brings an amazingly high level of customer service to her position. Leah works out of the Dallas office.

Michael Sandt is a booking representative for the Northeast. Michael is a deacon at his congregation in Allentown, PA , as well as the dance leader. Michael brings many years of customer service experience to his position. Michael works out of the office in Allentown, PA.

Ashira Alpren is a booking representative for the West Coast. Ashira is a third year music business student in Nashville, TN, as well as a full time representative. Her dad Ken is a Messianic Pastor at Kol Dodi congregation in Nashville TN. Ashira works out of the Nashville office.
